HYROX 於 2017 年在德國推出，是全球成長最快的健身運動。 HYROX 將運動與功能性健身相結合，吸引了耐力型運動員和健身愛好者。活動的設計確保參與者能夠按照自己的步調進行，而不必擔心做得太慢，從而營造一個充滿支持和包容氛圍的社群。

HYROX, launched 2017 in Germany, is the fastest-growing fitness sport on the planet. HYROX combines athletics and functional fitness, appealing to endurance athletes and gym-goers alike. Its inclusive format ensures participants can run at their own pace without fear of finishing last, fostering a supportive and inclusive community atmosphere.

HYROX課程內容與時間 (HYROX Class Content & Schedule)：

• 星期一，晚上 7 點 30，跑步俱樂部 Mondays at 7:30 pm - Running Club

• 星期六，上午 10 點 00，有氧運動 Saturdays at 10:00 am - HYROX (MetCon)

• 星期日，上午 8 點 30，有氧運動 Sundays at 8:30 am - HYROX (MetCon)
  目前 HYROX 體驗課程僅開放申請此時段。若有其他時段的體驗需求，請於下方表格留言處告知。HYROX trial sessions are currently available for this time slot only. If you would like to request a different time, please let us know in the comments section of the form below.

• 星期日，中午 12 點 00，有氧運動 Sundays at 12:00 pm - HYROX (MetCon)

• 星期日，下午 1 點 30，力量或跑步 Sundays at 1:30 pm - HYROX (Strength or Run)

*請注意，所有 HYROX 課程皆為英文教學。

**Drop-in 的申請，僅接受有 HYROX 經驗、或在其他註冊的 HYROX 健身房擁有會籍的訪客。
Drop-ins are limited to experienced HYROX athletes from other HYROX GYMs.

***若您沒有 HYROX 經驗，僅能報名星期日上午 08:30 的時段。如欲參加其他時段課程，您必須先完成《基礎課程》才能加入團體課程。
If you are new to HYROX, please register for the Sunday 8:30 AM session. To join other time slots, you must first complete the《Foundations Course》.

費用與報名方式 (Fees & Registration)：

• 1 堂課 — 新台幣 900 元。(1 class — 900 NTD)

*欲購買 1 堂課以外的方案，必須先完成基礎課程。(To purchase any package beyond a single class, you must first complete the Foundations Course.)
